Hi, I'm Maggy! I am a Personal Coach who is currently working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I knew from the age of twelve that my life purpose was to help other people struggling with mental barriers to their self-worth because that was the kind of person I wanted and was missing in my life. After getting my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I found myself listening to my inner critic and the "shoulds" of others and ended up on a detour through catering and then accounting. I learned a lot about myself in those roles, but I was feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. After experiencing years of burnout, I started craving ways to re-align with my true self. Becoming clear on who I am, what I value, and what I want my life to look like has led me to coaching. I am now dedicated to using my journey to support my clients in seeing a better life for themselves and pursuing it through empowered and meaningful choices.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, adventuring outside, practicing yoga and Pilates, and trying to befriend the outdoor cats that roam my neighborhood.
No two clients are ever the same. I don't believe that one strategy, tip, or trick can be applied to everyone; it's about discovering what resonates with you as an individual. By getting clear on who you really are and what you really value, together we can establish your vision and the path you want to take to get there. You're driving the car and I'm along for the ride, providing support as you steer toward your vision.
I believe that an empathetic, collaborative, and personalized approach will support and empower you to make meaningful choices to reach your vision and goals. I pull from my background in psychology to support you in achieving a growth mindset, staying motivated through aligning with your core values, and overcoming limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.
